How secure are the storage facilities?

Security is our top priority. Our locations feature security, bright lighting throughout the property, and 24/7 video surveillance. Individual storage units can be locked with your own padlock for added peace of mind. We also offer on-site managers during business hours if you need assistance.

What are your business hours?
The main office at our 991 West First Street, North Vancouver location is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sundays from 10:00 am to 5: 00 pm. This allows flexibility for our customers to access their units during evenings and weekends.
Do you offer insurance?

While we take extensive precautions to protect customer’s belongings, things can sometimes happen outside of our control like fire or flood. That’s why we highly recommend taking out rental insurance on items stored in your unit. We can provide information on affordable third-party insurance plans.

What is your climate control like?
All of our storage buildings have temperature control to provide an ideal environment for storing your possessions year-round. The facilities are insulated and have either central air or ground source heat pumps to keep units between 10-15 all year. This prevents damage from extremes in heat or cold and protects items from mould or mildew issues.
How do I pay? What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and online payment via credit or debit. Recurring monthly payments can also be set up automatically. For your convenience, you can pay onsite by card or check, over the phone, or online through your secure customer portal. We never charge late fees as long as payment is made by the first of each month.
What is your cleaning policy?
To keep units clean and pest-free, we ask that spaces be free of dirt, debris and liquids when vacating. A quick sweep is usually all that's needed. Should a deep clean be required, our team is happy to help for a small fee. Notices will also be issued if a unit is found to be housing anything illegal, toxic or hazardous.
I just need storage for a month, is that possible?

Absolutely. We gladly accommodate short-term storage of one month or more. The minimum term is 30 days, and we only require 10 days’ notice for cancellations. So whether you need storage while moving locally or going away for an extended trip, we can help make it hassle-free. Just stop by the office to review the terms.

Do you offer moving and delivery services?

In addition to storage, we also provide full-service moving help. Our experienced team can pack, load, transport, and unpack all your belongings with white-glove care. For added convenience, we offer delivery and pickup directly from your storage unit. This eliminates the need for multiple trips and takes the hassle out of moving day.
